At ADO E-Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike within 14 days of delivery in its original condition. We are committed to ensuring every cyclist finds their perfect match through a transparent and fair exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your bike to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the E-Bike

  Ensure the bike is clean, unused, and packed securely in its original factory packaging with all included tools and manuals.

• 3.
  Shipping and Inspection

  Ship the item to our designated service center where our technicians will inspect the bike for any signs of wear or damage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the inspection is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
